No event exported to Gcal for scheduled appt #45

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem (i.e. what is an example search or
form submission that will produce the problem, please give all details)?
1. Scheduled Baby (Lucia Lorent) for Plants6 study
2. Database knows that she is scheduled, but it did not export to gcal
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: google event in calendar
What I see: Nothing even after refreshing

If you have a hunch or know what the problem is, what is it?

Please provide any additional information below.

I need to know more details....I tried to reproduce this error but couldn't. So
what was the baby id, time scheduled....if you cancel the baby and then try to
schedule the same baby again, what happens? Thanks.

I did not report this, so I am not sure the details for who did report it, but
in my experience, this happens for EVERY baby scheduled in either Bumpy or
Deception

I just scheduled a 'test' baby for the Deception study and it worked fine.
Again maybe you can create a 'test' baby and see if you can replicate your
problem. Sorry for the trouble but I can't seem to figure out why this is
happening since I can't reproduce it. Thanks.

So it seems that we solved this problem....it appeared to be an issue with the
google calendar id being entered incorrectly. For future reference, ensure that
you paste the error message if any given by the database.

I am changing the status to fixed...someone needs to then change the status to
verified to confirm that we are all good on this one.
