I wasn't able to reproduce the problem by just saving or confirming an
appointment....Can you let me know of some of the baby ids that had these
problems?

This occurred just today with an Arnie8 scheduled baby - serial number 0002341
for Friday 10/8 at 4:00 pm. I have already manually re-entered the appt into
google, but I was not sure if that would help.

I am finding it difficult to reproduce this problem....why don't you create a
test baby. I have made one if you want to use this entry: First and Last Name
are 'Testing'. Currently this test baby is scheduled for two studies both of
which show up on the google calendar. Maybe you should make your own test baby
and try to see if you can replicate your problems with the google problem with
this test case. If you can, then we can figure out what is going wrong.

Try scheduling a baby in Bumpy - it either does not show up or disappears later
- or both

So we have confirmed the problem with Bumpy....are the other google calendars
still experiencing the disappearing events problem?

Yes - As of today we saw two events that had disappeared - One was Plants 6
(which uses the general Plants calendar) and one was Allies11 (which uses the
calendar called Mini/Allies/Popularity)

I have seen at least 3 events disappear today - and all of them were times when
the baby is scheduled for 2 different studies and one of the two events just
disappears.
It has happened at least 2-3 times with Plants. I have noticed at least once
with Bumpy also.
There have also been some instances where there is just one study scheduled and
the event disappears.
I am moving this priority to critical because this is a serious issue and I am
going out of town for several days and am worried that when I am gone no one
else will notice or keep track of disappearing events.

Ok so it is always for when babies are scheduled for multiple studies. Does it
have anything to do with calendars that are shared across studies? Like for a
calendar that is related to only one study, do you see this problem?
I will try to look at this for this week but more likely it will be over the
weekend. What I can do temporarily is just turn off the google calendar feature
altogether and you can just do what I guess you did before which is manually
add/change them?

I would say do not turn off the google calendar feature because that will cause
way more problems because some RA's are only trained on the new database and
have never entered things in manually.
When you schedule a baby for a second study, the database often exports the
event into the ORIGINAL study's calendar rather than into the 2nd study's
calendar. This is not a problem when the 2 studies share a calendar, but for
most of the Plants studies, the 2nd study is in a different folder. Even if
the studies are in the same calendar, the 2nd study sometimes disappears.
The 2nd study situation is not as big of a deal because at least 1 event stays
there, but the real problem is when a baby is scheduled for 1 study and that 1
study disappears because then we schedule a completely different baby for that
time. 2 babies at 1 time = mad chaos in the baby lab
