Xcalibur sequence file exports not loading properly due to missing commas on first line #83

Exported sequence files begin with

Bracket Type=4

and in order to load into autoqc correctly they need to be formatted like this

Bracket Type=4,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Need to tweak importer to ignore the first line for thermo instruments
