Error while running a new job #97

Hi, I've installed Rapid-QC-MS and created a new job as described in https://czbiohub-sf.github.io/Rapid-QC-MS/installation.html and https://czbiohub-sf.github.io/Rapid-QC-MS/quickstart.html.

However, when I run it, I'm getting lots of errors:

Could you suggest what might be wrong and how to debug it?
