using pyinstaller example not work #671

window cefpython3 = 66.1 python = 3.9 pyqt5

I use pyinstaller example and use pyqt5, after pyinstaller run, run the exe direct exit:

get some msg: [0521/070520.093:ERROR:icu_util.cc(133)] Invalid file descriptor to ICU data received

I icudtl.dat file has in it
