Read groundwater timeseries from BRO #17

Initial attempt using the GLD REST api (https://publiek.broservices.nl/gm/gld/v1/swagger-ui/.) revealed this as a non straight foreward issue.

Issue blocked as we will first discuss with our client.

In discussion with the client we fix it by reading the locations from WMS first and do another attempt to read locations and timeseries later
