Add safe search detection like NotSoBot's slabels command.

I will add donation info soon, but that's not relevant here. I want all the APIs Fergun uses to be free of charge, using free alternatives to well-known (paid) APIs, reverse engineering the APIs (Google Translate/TTS), or directly scraping the data (Genius lyrics/Google Images).
