Can't enable tv_enable to be all time on. #1

I mean title says everything but when I type "tv_enable true" server says its true but when I try to start recording I got same error 21:27:48 [EROR] (plugin:CS2-RecordAbuse) tv_enable must be true!

Hello @daffyyyy, you have done a very good job with all the plugins you have created, could you please check this issue as well? It's something general, for everyone, practically you can't use the plugin.
