Changed styling best practices braille examples to uncontracted #234

Updated all contracted braille examples to uncontracted. Removed editor's notes that referred to mixed uncontracted and contracted examples since they no longer applied. And edited editor's note at line 1778 to clarify how line numbers work in braille.
