Quote of the Day Inoperable #1843

Describe the bug At the current time, the quote of the day is inoperable. The feed source has changed requirements and a redesign or other source must be located.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create custom screen.
  2. Add 'Quote of the day' block
  3. Note that Quote does not appear.

Expected behavior Quote of the Day block is expected to return results.

Merged in @ d8917a8 and added to the queue for upcoming release to the live site. Once released, inoperable brainyquote feed will automatically be replaced with content from azquote feed.
