CSS help #1924

hi, im new to dakboard (and programming in general). not sure if this is the best place to post this or in discussions etc.

i want to make a dashboard similar to the one of the dakboard homepage. i am pulling 6 different ical calendars. i have them all color coded on the apple side but it loses that data.

can someone help with the css code to change those calendars to be a color? the default is no background (or transparent) and white font. so for example: i want my calendar to be one color, wifes to be another, kid1 another, etc... ive gone down the rabbit hole as far as i can, searching though the html code to figure it out but i am just lost

Hey @rothnj,

You can select this for each calendar URL you have entered by clicking the color box to the right of the URL like shown and set it in the calendar block:

thanks for the response. those don't work for ical on the free version. i thought i would be able to code it in the custom one, but that is also a paid upgrade feature.

i guess its all a moot point because dakboard seems to have all of the ways i want to make a simple calendar blocked off by trying to force the paid upgrade....

off to magicmirror i guess
