Toggle ability in Smartthings and Home Assistant to show icons #2175

Description: Currently, substitution of icons in Smart Things and Home Assistant are possible, but removing all icons are not currently possible without custom CSS.

This case has been created to add an option to the Settings tab of the block to toggle icons on/off, with a default setting of on appearing like in the below example:
