Predef Screen Config - TimeZone selector may not display properly #2204

Summary:

When editing Predefined Screen settings, if the DateTime option is not enabled, clicking the toggle to "Enabled" results in the "Timezone" selector displaying as a small vertical line instead of the full popdown selector.

Workaround:

Save the "enabled" setting
When it reloads, the Timezone selector will now be available for selection
