Top/Bottom Clock moved post updates to Predefined Screen. #2210

It was found post the changes to the Predefined Screen to add touch functionality, that the Clock moved from the left side of the screen to the top. This case is to update the Template so the Clock appears where it used to in both Portrait and Landscape mode, and when using either Agenda or Monthly calendar settings.
