Allow renaming of authenticated calendars #2222

Description: Some calendar names from authenticated sources are not named in a manner that is ideal for the calendar legend, or the user name want to rename it for other reasons. Provide an option on the more button to edit the calendar name like shown in the below example. Continue to show the original calendar that you cant change, and the user-changeable name.

+1. I agree and want to rename my google calendar connected accounts with a nick name like "Dad" rather than first.last@gmail.com
