Stock Quote Block will not allow you to add symbols from a Smartphone #2234

When trying to add a stock symbol from a Smartphone the block presents a dropdown menu that says 0 selected rather than an editable block. See below:

This will not allow you to access the block or add any stocks.

WORKAROUND: Currently, the only workaround is to add stocks from a PC, Tablet, or Laptop with an up-to-date web browser.

Development Status Update

After discussions, a UI redesign of the stock symbols selector / modal is currently in development. The new deisgn will resemble the same UI appearance and functionality used by the calendar block configuration modal.

Once released this reported issue, and other issues reported by #2223 and #2224, will no longer happen.

Merged in @ 2e3d6c7 and added to the queue for upcoming release to the live site.
