Shipping tracking block displays 'temporarily rate-limited due to excessive resource consumption' #2262

Description: An error is being seen when adding around 7 or more valid tracking numbers to the tracking block from the integration provider 'Easypost': "Your account has been temporarily rate-limited due to excessive resource consumption. Please contact Support if you believe this is in error."
