I.  Issue Description:

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Upgrade calendar plugin to latest version

After upgrade blank screen. Nginx log:

You missed to download and upload 'libcalendaring' plugin. Isn't this log entry 
clear?

Ok, I install libcalendaring ... and my calendar_plus (old version) not working 
now.

I upgrade:

1. Roundcube 1.0.4
2. Roundcube Core Patches 1.0.4
3. plugin_manager 27.0.15
4. calendar 19.0.27
5. carddav 7.2.13

The results:

1. calendar_plus (old version) not working
2. I can't buy new version of calendar_plus from 4 RC, only 8 RC

Please use support forum (https://forum.myroundcube.com). You are clearly not 
reporting bugs. You fight with mis-configurations or whatever. Closed as 
INVALID. Do not ask for support on a BUG tracker.
