Working on this (branch dd/28-improve-rule-instance-manager-ui), but will need existing PRs to be merged to main so I can rebase before I can push for review.

Implemented a lot of stuff but still not done issue #27 , I'll get on to that next :)

Issue #27 has been done too, just waiting for the PR backlog to be approved so I can rebase my local branch before I push the commits for review.
