feat: [TASK-220] docker build frontend

This pull request includes significant updates to Docker configurations, dependency management, and build processes. The most important changes include the addition of new Docker build and push steps, updates to dependency versions and package configurations, and modifications to build scripts and Dockerfiles.

Docker and Build Configuration Updates:

Added new steps in .github/actions/docker/action.yml to set up Docker Buildx, log in to container registries, and build/push Docker images for lyra-app and lyra-landing-page.
Updated Dockerfile to include multiple build stages for lyra-app and lyra-landing-page, and to deploy outputs to specific directories.
Added .dockerignore file to exclude unnecessary files from Docker builds.

Dependency and Package Management:
