SMS originator with connector aspsms not correct #851

If I send an sms with the connector aspsms then my phone number will be 
00417******** instead of +417********. Why?

I put in the originator correct and also the standard prefix is +41.

00 and + is the same in most countries. 
+ is the new style and globally working. In gemarny, Switzerland.. it's 
expanding to 00.

OK, in fixnet it's like that. But this is an app for mobile phones.

If I write +41 I wish to have +41 as result and not 0041. Therefore this is a 
bug.
