I will look at this code but I'm afraid it will to hard to implement ra2 support for this project.
Maybe Not hard as u think. The game logic is already there. And the configure file from that git can be reused . I guess is c# version may use the same logic to your project

As openra support ra2 now. And its ra2 repo does not contain much code . So I guess it may be will not take much effort to import ra2 for this project.
