Focus only on functionality only. Remove the other aspects. Why should I bother about the maintainability of some other app?

To be useful, the report should contain more details about the 'other' apps. That is the unknown part that you are trying to discover.

OK. The way I can know the functionality is only from its introduction and demo. Is this enough? Or can I cover some other systems?

Not enough value :-p I already know everything you have written about TEAMMATES and almost everything you have written about the other system, just from having a quick look at their website. You need to do more "research" and try to add more value into the report. Research should bring in new knowledge.

Explore the system more. Try various features. Not everything is stated in documentation. If there are papers, you can read them too. You didn't even mention what kind of extra question types are supported by that system. Email me the revised report. attaching it here eats up our attachment quota.

Wang Chao, I shared a GoogleDoc with you. Transfer the content to that doc (while preserving the formatting in that doc). Where possible, point to external docs without copy pasting stuff from them.
