Tic Tac Toe MVP #34

Create a simple tic tac toe game in the browser.

[ ] Lay out tic tac toe board
[ ] Clicking on an empty space on the board adds an X or O (X by default)
[ ] Alternate turns until 3 of the same character are found (horizontal, vertical or diagonal)
[ ] Highlight the winning option
[ ] Add 'Play Again' button to empty the board
[ ] Add label to show which player's turn it is

For future consideration:

[ ] Allow user to select different icons
[ ] Allow board size to be expanded
[ ] Allow user to select number of matches to win (max is board size)
