Double underscore, unknown suffix and unknown entity. #10

One derivative file contains double underscores, and the invalid _STER suffix as well as the invalid loc-* entity, with the latter two bein shared by many other files as well.

derivatives/MBF_stereology/sub-I46/sub-I46_sample-BrocaAreaS16_stain-NeuN__loc-Layer3and5_STER.xlsx
  1. double underscores are easily fixed and should be replaced with a single underscore
  2. _STER suffix and loc-* entity should be replaced by one of the BIDS valid values, if none is extant, please describe what is meant by them and hopefully we can help.
  3. this file also uses the BIDS invalid .xlsx suffix.

i would stay the STER suffix and -loc-* and xlsx are fine but double underscore should be renamed and there are other variants in that specific derivatives folder that should be fixed.
