View All Project section not working properly #5

Description:

In the Project section, once I'm trying to View All projects by clicking on the button it goes to the top of the page, and also #1 appends in the URL.

Steps To Reproduce:

Click on the Project link, it'll scroll down to the project section.
Now click on the View All button, which will scroll to the top of the page. But this should show all the projects instead of scrolling to the top.
