As of now, if you misspell or put in an incorrect keyword argument for either job_file_create() or job_optthin_create(), the code will not recognize the issue and will plow ahead...would like to add functionality to recognize kwargs that did not change anything and to let the user know (via message or error) of the unused kwarg.
