Scattered emission addition #9

Need to add functionality to add and deal with scattered emission in collate.py and EDGE.py. Put in keywords that can turn on whether or not to load in the scattered emission file into the .fits file, and then have EDGE be able to add it to the model object.

Done. As of now, there is no keyword for scattered light in EDGE...if it's there, we assume you want to add it to the total model. For collate, you now turn on and off which components you want it to look for in the model's output files. The defaults are set for most common scenario.
