Thank you for the work on the library.

I plan to integrate my aeroflow heaters with iobroker and that looking for libraries which have been working on the integration. Found yours and seen it has not seen a lot of activity. I would have to questions

Thank you!

Quickly staged a hb and i can answer the second questions, it does still work:

Would be great if you could answer the first one, if you have been able to the it working reliably

Hi @EugenMayer , please excuse my late reply!

I have managed to get this working reliably and running here for a couple of years. After reverse engineering the traffic between the Aeroflow app and hub I got the plugin to mimic the app's requests and behaviour, the hub responds and controls the heaters reliably (probably a little more reliably than their own app!). So far I've not encountered problems of the hub not accepting the level of traffic generated by this plugin, however during development I found that the hub is quite particular about the order of requests it receives; it took a little while to understand what all of the packets functions were.

How've you found using this so far? I acknowledge that this plugin is far from perfect and will continue to be developed, any feedback/issues or feature requests are much appreciated!

Thanks for your answer Dan.

I gave up on any integration with Aeroflow due to the fact of the entirely unrelyable connection between the gateway and the heaters. For this to work, i would need to by several gateways in my house, just to cover all 3 floors. It not properly using the WIFI infra is the main cuplrint.

What do i do? I use power switch shellies to turn on and of the heater, including shelly thermostats to gather temp information + i have the heater configured with upper limits. This makes it far more predictable .. and i can even gather temp stats .. track .. gather the energy spend, graph all this and all the bits.

So i'am great you managed to reverse engeneer it, great job! I would wish the actual hardware/product by Aeroflow would be any good itself in the first place ;/
