[Admin] Synthetic view of a user membership #640

For each user, list/read only for now :

[x] relationships done for children but list also for any user especially parent (typically all children)
[x] classes joined (either via distribution list or directly)
[ ] classes as admin
[x] distributionList (member of)
[x] newsgroups (via distribution list ) all whether mandatory or not

then as 2nd step, list for non mandatory newsgroup, whether opt-in or not.
