Feature request: Option to subscribe to update email #89

It would be great to have the option as a user to subscribe/unsubscribe to email about updates in a Dialogue - for the whole Dialogue instance, but with option to subscribe / unsubscribe to single dialogues.

Thanks @cdipe - that does sound useful - it's unlikely I'll get time to work on this specific task as a volunteer, but feel free to help by contributing a pull request, or get in touch privately if you would like to fund development on the dialogue plugin.
