[TOG-4] Add to chocolatey #27

As a developer, I want the releases to be pushed to chocolatey, so I can keep windows machines up to date.

I can add this project to my AU repo (pushes new packages as they are released without modifying the current release process). This would publish them using my chocolatey account, but if you were willing to create an account (or if you have one) on chocolatey, I could add you as a maintainer (gives management abilities like pushing new versions)

@digitalcoyote - That would be a great start to this... I intend to make an installer then add directly to chocolatey, however I have not gotten around to it yet. More than happy for you to add it. I currently have a chocolatey account under the name danstis.
