What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. My System will not alert me of new versions
2. When I add a new version it runs separate from the previous
3. Earlier versions will not connect to new versions when promted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect new versions to override the previous. The browser will say it cannot
connect to the
server when newer versions are utilized.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 0.9.9 0n OSX 10.4.10 on a 15" MacBook Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
A friend with a 12" G4 Powerbook can log onto my computer from a different
network with the
latest version, but cannot get it to work on my computer. The latest version
can use is, 0.9.9.

Found the answer.
Turning off "Share Media Insecurely" during the upgrade process allowed me to
use newer versions. I was able to
turn it back on afterward and it works fine.
I don't know what the root of the problem is, but I can tell that the Share
Media option is where it starts.
