What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup port forwarding on your router tcp/udp for the port #chossen in
TK, range should be server port - media port
2. goto ipchicken.com and get your external IP
3. on your iphone, open safari, go to your ip and the server port # ie.
https://111.111.111.111:5010
4. After logging in and about 5 min delay the home screen will load.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am using a wifi connection at work and wired at home. I have 1mb upload
speed on cable. But on the iphone the TK Home page loads very slowly.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OSX 10.4.10 <--whatever the most current one is
iphone remote 0.9.21
iphone 1.0.2
Please provide any additional information below.
conecting to TK within the local network works fine. But from outside it
doesnt seem to work at all. I have all the port forwarding settings set
properly. I even get to the TK main menu, but thats after a very long 5
min wait. Also, the media server port doesnt respond at all. I have the
port forwarding as 5001-5002 TCP/UDP
