Server starts on OS X boot - even though it is disabled in the user account login items. #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto System Prefs>Accounts>Login Items>Iphone Remote Server and uncheck it
2. Reboot OS X
3. Telekinsis server starts as soon as shell starts, it bounces around in the
dock and eventually the server is online and waiting for a connection on 5010

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the daemon that starts the server to respond to some control to
keep it from starting once it is installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.21 on 10.6.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Other than that, it is a good alpha, thank you!

My bad - removing it from the startup list works fine. I was only unchecking
it, which is only meant to hide the app while still allowing it to start.

It functions as it should.
