Rquest for "Version History" page in the wiki

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. on the web site, click the "Wiki" tab
2. search for "Version History"
--> not found

What is the expected output?
There should be a version history page.  Currently the only place you can
see the version history is when the application itself informs you of a new
version.

What do you see instead?
nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.15

Please provide any additional information below.
i'd add it myself but i can't edit the wiki?  can i edit the wiki?
