Upstream Firefox: Distrusting all Authorities and Server in Certificate Store should be easier #131

In Perspectives -> View Certificate Store (Firefox -> Menu -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Certificates -> View Certificates) you have to select each sub-entry of the Authorities and Servers and then click "Delete or Distrust..." in order to remove them. This should be much easier by either also allowing to select and distrust the parent of an entry or simple add a "distrust all" button. Right now it's also hard to tell if an Authority has been distrusted or not.

@lambdor It sounds like the functionality to easily distrust all authorities is completely covered by #132 - is that right? Is there any other functionality in this ticket you think we should add? Or should we close this ticket as covered/to-be-implemented by #132 ?

Okay, so this ticket is not really meant for Perspectives but rather for Mozilla Firefox. I want to find out why distrusting authorities is so hard in Firefox right now, if there is a current ticket on this and fix it upstream. Once this is done we could remove the "Distrust all authorities" functionality again and then close the ticket here.
