Help dialog has transparent background on OS X #34

seems fine in linux.

go to tools -> perspectives -> help.

notice that the dialog appears but the background is transparent, not white.

I noticed also that the links don't show up as blue or underlined, either on Windows or Linux. I was going to suggest we add a .css stylesheet to enforce styling on the page. Perhaps that could be used to fix this too?

yeah, I think that would probably do it.

If adding stylesheets fixes this it should be noticeable after commit 31caeba69a. Do you have access to an OSX machine to try it out? Or is the reporter of this bug willing to try it with a pre-release?
