Autosuggest for console commands #305

In ULX, when you type 'ulx ' in console, it will start to list commands that 
fit what you have typed so far, like it does for other console commands.
It even goes so far as to list players names that match what you are typing, 
and to list the syntax below it.
Could something similar be implemented for Evolve?

the only reason it wont do it  now is because evolve only has one con cmd "ev 
<plugin chat cmd> <arg1> <arg2> <arg3>"

the chat cmd is considered a argument
