Show CDC for each FCDA #13

Some tools have rules for how FCDAs map onto ExtRefs and it can be helpful to see the CDC. It is also a clue to the user on the purpose / function if it is not otherwise clear.

I couldn't think of a clean way of showing this information while overloading the mwc-list-item, so for now I have done this with a tooltip, done in f6905e64cf2235d54837652651bc5366442575c7
