update to current versions of core

@3alpha Thanks for the approving review idk if this works though I tested it twice once as is with my updated profile and again with the compose set to build new and it failed there. Idk if it's because i was not using a full Linux install to build it. But without build = true the docker compose up built the same packages from the old list that I updated with current versions. So I need someone to check that this does work with build new images etc.
