Switch to JSON-based log entries. #195

Description

Makes the logging of the individual infrastructure test apps more consistent by:

Using ILogger instead of Console.WriteLine()
Using structured log entries rather than interpolated strings
Use a single, common, logging configuration
Use JSON-based log entries to ease creation of back-end queries
