tei-common.xsl: create ID on span.pagebreak #537

Page breaks are a span; if there is a facsimile, this can have a child::button to interact with the viewer.

In any case, the span.pagebreak should have a unifom ID to allow jumping to a specific page or to allow citations on page level at least. Hence, sth. like page-{$ed}-{$n} might be a good option.
