Systemprogrammierung in Google Go

Second book about Google Go world-wide, funnily like the first one in German. Contains an introduction into the language as well as examples and an introduction into the world of Go.

@dariubs What do you think should be done in terms of organization if including books in various spoken languages?

@nathany I think we can add a new section for foreign languages golang books but I'm not sure. What do you think?

Maybe a top-level section for each language with English at the top?

How about GERMAN.md listing books that are in German? (and so forth for other languages)

Would someone like to create the GERMAN language PR?

There is a Persian book in the main list, so feel free to add a German book.

We can sort of how to organize books by language once there are more of them.
