I made a poetry generator for my AI class. This would be exciting. I actually participated in NaNo before and hit the 50k words. But now that I'm focusing on coding, this would make the most sense for me. Thanks for coming up with the idea!

So here's my idea. There are tons of texts available out there for free, like things that have gone out of copyright. We could make a database of the sentences and come up with an algorithm to link sentences in a semi-coherent manner. Think of those games people play where one person starts the story and then everyone adds one or more sentences. Those games usually produce ridiculous stories, but they can be super fun. To take it a step further, it would be great to be able to identify proper nouns and replace them with ones that make the story more coherent so that you can keep the main character named the same thing, etc.
