Panel Separators still use old background colour #26

Bug Description

When enabling Appearance > Layout > Draw separator between panels (the recommended method for disabling the new rounded corners on Detail View background image) the separators still use the old neutral gray background colour, instead of the new dark blue.

The separators are also extremely large (seemingly ~50px, when 2-4px is expected)

This gives the large spaces in-between panels a very attention grabbing appearance.

To Reproduce

On v2.51 enable Appearance > Layout > Draw separator between panels

Apologies, after reading the more detailed change notes in the Playnite app version, I realised I could adjust back to the old background colour using ThemeModifier to change WindowBackgourndBrush [sic] to #262c38 to fix the issue.
