MPC-HC and Streamlink hook ups don't work via Python but OK via owclauncher #221

Hi. Windows 10 (1803) WaterFox 56.2.3(64-bit) OpenWith 7.1b2 Using Python and trying to open links via MPC-HC ("C:\Program Files\MPC-HC\mpc-hc64.exe" %s) or Streamlink ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Streamlink\bin\streamlink.exe" %s best) nothing happens even any window doesn't appear although opening any link via Edge or Chrome works fine. At the same time using "owclauncher" solves this issue but button "Look for browsers" stops working. Best regards, Igor.
