mingwm10.dll not found error #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run windows installer
2. run textroom
3. get the error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.4 windows installer on XP

Please provide any additional information below.
I searched my system and the file is not present anywhere.
Any advice is appreciated.

I'm having the same issue on Windows 7 x64 (build 7100). I just googled the 
filename 
and slapped it in the install folder. It opens now. But now i don't get any 
sound.

I found a sort-of work-around in that I installed an older version of Textroom 
(.4.4
is available on Sourceforge, and includes the mingwm10.dll file) and then I 
installed
the new version over the top of it. It at least starts, and sound works. I'm 
getting
the same font typeface/sizing bug others have seen, though.
