Segmentation fault on Ubuntu 10.04 #45

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Running TextRoom

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The editor should start up, but it crashes with the message "segmentation
fault". No further output when started from terminal, other then
aforementioned "segmentation fault".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

TextRoom 0.64 on Ubuntu 10.04

Please provide any additional information below.

I downloader and installed TextRoom 0.6.3.2 (deb) yust to see if it would
work, it did. So the problem is definitely in the latest release.

Could you try something please? Open ~/.config/textroom/TextRoom.conf and
remove the
file from the line with "LastFile=". If that helps this bug should already be
fixed in
SVN.

This won't be a problem in 0.6.4.1
