Paginated playlist

Horizontal carousel for swiping through videos in a playlist.

Resources (use images but general concepts may still apply):

• Creating a Carousel View in SwiftUI: A Step-by-Step Guide

• Infinite carousel-like paging view in SwiftUI

Steps:

• Postman for Get Playlist (ignoring Authorization header for now)
  • Add image to response for each video
  • Mock fetch
• Update playlist/video structures and views
  • Add image to videos
  • Horizontal scroll for each playlist
  • onChange of scrollPosition within PlaylistView to update AVPlayer
  • Update dots in dot navigation

Notes:

• LazyVStack has weird rendering (some items seem to load off-screen before they are actually visible on-screen), see if we can get List to work with scrollTargetBehavior (only seemed to work on ScrollView + LazyVStack for me)
